In addition, we design and manufacture electronic systems to interface our grips, switches and transducers to our customer's platform. Our new advanced products include active sidesticks for flight control and autonomous grips for UV control. For an all inclusive engineering and manufacturing solution, turn to the industry leader, Esterline Mason.

Esterline Mason has folded the Janco rotary switch product line into the Sylmar, CA operation. Personal involvement, individual commitment and a deep and on-going interest in expanding the boundaries of our business and our technologies has allowed Janco switch products to become the chosen leader in custom rotary switching applications. The Janco spirit of knowing that the customers' success drives Janco’s success has transferred over with the product line. Janco's engineering and manufacturing capabilities have elevated the Janco product to the position of a tried and trusted partner with aerospace companies since 1947. Janco rotary switches, potentiometers and optical encoders are used on virtually every commercial and military aircraft today.

Bottom line, we have one objective with our Janco product line: To be your partner of choice for rotary switching.

The knowledge gained in fulfilling requirements similar to yours for over 60 years enables Esterline Mason to look beyond the requirement to arrive at an elegant solution to every product design and manufacturing challenge. Ergonomic and tactile feel, embedded software, power conservation, environmental isolation, space and weight savings as well as maintainability and other factors are all considered in the design solution. The result is a virtually perfect reconciliation of seemingly conflicting desired constraints into a product that delivers exceptional value over the life of a program.
