Gene Schreiner named new Vice President, Quality of Mason Controls

SYLMAR, Calif., April 2008 — Mason Controls, a subsidiary of Esterline Technologies, Bellevue, Wash., (NYSE:ESL) announced the appointment of Gene Schreiner as vice president of quality.
Gene is a retired U.S. Marine Corps. Officer and comes to us with 14 years Quality experience in aerospace and defense. Gene has worked at aerospace companies P.L. Porter Controls, Kavlico and Eaton Aerospace, is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds a Top Secret security clearance. 

Bijan Salmat named new Vice President, Engineering of Mason Controls

SYLMAR, Calif., November 2007 — Mason Controls, a subsidiary of Esterline Technologies, Bellevue, Wash., (NYSE:ESL) announced today the appointment of Bijan Salmat vice president of engineering.
Bijan comes to Esterline-Mason with a BSEE and 20+ years of aerospace and defense experience, most recently as Director of Engineering – Landing Systems at Crane Aerospace/Hydro-Aire in Burbank where he successfully lead the development of landing systems on multiple airframes for Embraer, Bombardier, Learjet and Lockheed-Martin (JSF).  Additionally, Bijan holds multiple patents and was awarded the Aviation Week and Space Technology Laurel Award – Innovation in the Field of Electronics.

Brian Vasquez named new Controller for Mason Controls

SYLMAR, Calif., March 2007 — Mason Controls, a subsidiary of Esterline Technologies, Bellevue, Wash., (NYSE:ESL) announced today the appointment of Brain Vasquez controller for Mason Controls.
Brian comes to Mason with an MBA and 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance. He has worked at aerospace and defense companies VACCO Industries as the Controller and Esterline’s Engineered Material Group where he held the positions of Operations Controller and Finance Manager.
